A 32-channel Soundcraft Ghost console acts as the hub for a great collection of vintage outboard and microphones, including UA and CLM pre-amps, DBX and Tube-Tech compressors, Neumann, Coles, AKG and Shure microphones. We also provide the option of tracking to our ‘Tascam 388’
8-track tape machine.

The latest Pro Tools 9 system fed from a Motu 24 I/O converter ensures pristine 24bit/96kHz quality. Up to date plug-ins from Sonnox, Waves and Melodyne ensure the very best in digital audio processing.

New Project Room
If you’re on a budget, have the production skills or want to lift your home recordings to the next level, our new Project Room is for you. Use either the studio’s Carillon AC1 PC tracking via our Motu pre8 soundcard onto ProTools 9, or bring your laptop down and plug into our KRK monitor set up. The room is acoustically conditioned for a superior, controlled recording and mixing process. Let yourself lose with industry leading plug-ins from Universal Audio, Sonnix, Waves, Melodyne and more!
Project Room Rates
£5 per hour including rental of microphones if needed.
£15 extra for an hour induction on the Punch Studios Project Room system (no induction required if you bring your own laptop).
Day rates negotiable.
